How to connect to RegPEX
Choose the connection model that fits your needs.
RegPEX operates as a carrier-neutral IXP with three connection models. Choose Cross-Connect or Remote Peering (L2) for permanent connectivity, or GRE Temporary Connection to evaluate the service.
Direct Cross-Connect
A physical fibre connection between your equipment and the RegPEX peering switch at the POP. Highest performance, lowest latency and maximum reliability. Available immediately at Ankara ODTU Teknokent; further POPs are being commissioned.

Remote Peering (L2)
No physical presence at the POP required. Permanent L2 connectivity to the peering fabric via carrier VLAN extension or 3C1B Telecom partner POP. Ideal if you want to connect from your own data centre or a different location without a direct fibre run.

GRE Temporary Connection
Quick start over a GRE tunnel via your internet connection. Designed for evaluating the service, hands-on BGP testing, or as a bridge while migrating to a permanent model. First month free, maximum six months.

Hobby ASN Membership
Connect to RegPEX free of charge with your own ASN and IPv6 block. Designed for hobbyists who want to learn BGP in a real environment, announce their own IP block to the internet, and exchange traffic with other hobby operators. Completely free up to 1 Gbps.
